An Initial Contract For The Provision Of Support, Maintenance, And Professional Services With Sla For Arcgis Technology And Arcgis Environments, Will Be Awarded For A Period Of 4 Years. There Are Two Optional Drawdown Requirements - • Optional Drawdown Days For Both Scheduled Work And Emergency Work. • Optional Drawdown Hours For Both Scheduled Work And Emergency Work. No Undertaking Is Being Given As To The Number Of Days/hours That Will Be Drawn Down.
