Title: Dublin City Council Rft For Provision Of Programme Development, Curation, Management And Promotion For Festivals Within The Dublin City Council Administrative Area Across Two Lots description: The Contracting Authority Proposes To Engage In A Competitive Process For The Establishment Of Contracts For Two Lots. Tenderer May Apply For Both Lots But Can Only Be Appointed To A Single Lot. In Instances Where A Tenderer Has Applied For Both Lots, They Must Indicate Their Preferred Lot. As The Subject Matter Of This Competition Is Considered As A Title Iii Service Within The Context Of Directive 2014/24/eu, Where The Choice Of Procedure Is Open To The Contracting Authority, The Procedure Chosen On This Occasion Is A Single Stage Procedure With Negotiation. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Enter Negotiations With Some Or All Tenderers Who Submit A Valid Responsive Tender. Negotiations May Be Held On All Aspects Of The Service Under Each Of The Published Award Criteria. The Contracting Authority Also Reserves The Right To Award The Framework / Initial Contract Directly Following Receipt Of Initial Tenders Without Recourse To Negotiations With Individual Tenderers The Contracting Authority Proposes To Award Contracts For Festival Development, Curation, Management And Promotion Services For Two Important Festivals In Two Separate Lots Namely, Lot 1 - The Brigit Festival 2025 Dublin City Date: Jan 31st – Feb 3rd 2025 Lot 2 - Dublin Lunar New Year Festival Dlny. Date: 9 Days To Commence In Late January And To Include 29th Of January 2025 As The Date The New Year Begins.
