In Accordance With Far Part 13.106 Simplified Acquisition Procedures - Soliciting Competition, Evaluation Of Quotations Or Offers, Award And Documentation, The Government Intends To Issue A Firm-fixed Priced (ffp), Single Award , Multiple Year, Purchase Order To The Eligible, Responsible Offeror Whose Quote Conforms To The Requirements Of This Solicitation And Offers The Best Value To The Government, Price And Other Factors Considered. Evaluation Factors Include, In No Order Of Precedence: 1) Technical Approach 2), Relevant Past Performance, And Price.
