Dea Is Looking To Purchase A 5 Year Contract For Services For Maintenanceand Repairs Of Their Fitness Equipment Within The Employee Fitness Centerin Arlington, Va With The Contract Starting 15 August, 2024. All Fitnesscenter Equipment Is To Receive Oem Recommended Preventativemaintenance On At Least One Instance Per Month, But The Vendor May Visitthe Site More Than One Day Per Month. Work Hours Are To Be Duringweekdays Monday Through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays) From9:00am To 11:00am (2 Hours Availability Per Visit). It Shall Be Up To Thecontractor To Determine The Most Efficient Manner In Which Toaccomplish This Work. In Addition, The Contractor Shall Respond To Calls Forrepair Of Broken Or Out-of-service Equipment Within 72 Hours Of Notificationfrom The Government. The Initial Response For Repairs Will Be Atno Additional Charge To The Government. However, Costs For Indicatedrepairs Or Replacement Will Be Quoted Separately For Approval By Thegovernment Before Any Repair Or Replacement Is Performed (see“equipment Repair” In Statement Of Work).
