The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee And Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱4,800,000.00) Being The Total Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Rental Of Neonatal Mechanical Ventilator 2025, 16 Units. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods And Installation Of The Machine Is Required Upon Notification And/or As Called For. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
