The Dongon Elementary School, Through The General Appropriations Act Intends To Apply The Sum Of Forty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Four Pesos Only (php 49,984.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Purchase Of Supplies For Office And Teachers’ Of Dongon Elementary School. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dongon Elementary School Now The Dongon Elementary School, Through The General Appropriations Act Intends To Apply The Sum Of Invites Bids Of Purchase Of Supplies For Office And Teachers’ Of Dongon Elementary School. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required To Be Completed Within Seven (7) Days From The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
