If Two Or More Bidders Are Determined To Have Submitted The Lowest Calculated Quotation/lcrb, Dnhs Shall Adopt And Employ The “draw Lots” Method To Break The Tie And To Finally Determine The Winning Bidder Under Gppb Circular 06-2005. 11.
