The Eligibility requirements mentioned are Experience Criteria and Past Performance. For Experience Criteria, the bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for 2 years before the bid opening date. Additionally, the bidder should have executed a project for supply and installation / commissioning of same or similar Category Products during the preceding 3 financial years, with project experience criteria of: - Single order of at least 35% of estimated bid value; or - Two orders of at least 20% each of estimated bid value; or - Three orders of at least 15% each of estimated bid value. For Past Performance, the value given is 50%. Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: 1. OEM Authorization Certificate 2. Certificate (Requested in ATC) 3. ISO 9001 certification 4. Material Test Certificate 5. BIS licence 6. Type test certificate 7. Approval certificates as prescribed in the Product Specification. The bidder should also have a Functional Service Centre in the State of each Consignee's Location and a Dedicated/toll Free Telephone No. for Service Support, along with an Escalation Matrix of Telephone Numbers for Service Support.
