The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Additionally, 2 years of past experience is required for same/similar service. 2. Past Performance: The bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 30% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The bidder's past performance will be evaluated, with a weightage of 30%. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 30% of bid quantity - 2 years of past experience required for same/similar service - 50% of technically qualified bidders to be considered for Reverse Auction Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: 1. Availability of security testing report for CCTV/VSS issued by standardization Testing and Quality certification (STQC) Laboratory or any other agency notified by Meity. 2. GST registration certificate 3. PAN card 4. Partnership deed and power of attorney (if the bidder is a partnership firm) 5. Company registration documents (if the bidder is a company)
