The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Past Performance: The bidder should have a past performance of 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 80% for past performance - 3 Years for experience criteria - 50% and 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier respectively. The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: 1. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made. 2. Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document. 3. OEM Authorization Certificate. 4. Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC). 5. Experience Criteria documents (copies of relevant contracts). 6. Certificate from statutory auditor or cost auditor (if the bid value is more than Rs 10 Crore) for declaration relating to percentage of local content. Additionally, the declaration relating to the percentage of local content shall be certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor, if the OEM is a company, and by a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant for OEMs other than companies.
