Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 20% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. 3. Bidder financial standing: The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, should not be bankrupt. 4. Manufacturer Authorization: Wherever Authorised Distributors/service providers are submitting the bid, Authorisation Form /Certificate with OEM/Original Service Provider details is required. 5. Compliance with the "Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order 2017-Notifying CCTV/Video Surveillance System for Security in furtherance of the order" dated 6th March 2024. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - Years of Past Experience Required for same/similar service: 1 Year - Past Performance percentage: 20% The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. Valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR. 2. Security testing report for CCTV/VSS issued by the Standardisation Testing and Quality Certification (STQC) Laboratory or any other agency notified by MeitY. 3. BIS Registration (CRS) for safety general requirements as per IS 13252 (Part 1): latest. 4. MSME Certificate.
