District Of North Vancouver Tender

The District Of North Vancouver (the “district”) Invites Proposals from Experienced Consulting Firms (“proponents”) With Expertise In Natural And Artificial Turf Fields (atf) And Associated Perimeter Infrastructure Design And Construction. The Proponents’ Team Shall Have Expertise In Site Surveying, Civil, Electrical, Structural, Geotechnical And Transportation Engineering, Environmental Planning, Landscape Architecture, Building Architecture, Artificial Turf Selection And Design, And Contract Administration On Atf Projects With Similar Scope Of The Requirements Of This Request For Proposal. The Objective Of This Rfp Is To Select A Consulting Firm (“the Consultant”) To Support The District’s Projects Of Upgrading The Fields At Delbrook Park, Handsworth Secondary School, Kilmer Park, And Windsor Secondary School As Outlined Below.  Qualified Proponents Are Invited To Provide A Single Proposal With Distinct Tasks, Services, And Levels Of Effort For Each Field. The Design For All Fields Is Expected To Be Undertaken Concurrently In 2024, With Construction Of Some Of The Fields Planned To Commence In 2025. Subject To The Preliminary Design Stage Review, The Schedule May Be Changed As The District Would Be Better Able To Prioritize The Fields And The Construction Program. The District Intends To Hire A Single Proponent As The Consultant For All Fields.
