Contract notice: selection of an active net electricity supplier and coordinator of a low voltage balancing group for the needs of rzok-pernik The subject of this contract is "selection of a supplier of active net electricity and coordinator of a balancing group for low voltage for the needs of rzko-pernik". the supply of electricity must be in accordance with the applicable regulations: energy law (ze), rules for trade in electricity (ptee) and rules for measuring the amount of electricity (pique). with regard to the planning and negotiation of specific quantities of net active electricity are applied.The execution of the subject of the procurement includes the performance of the following main activities: 1. delivery of the necessary quantities of net active electricity at low voltage, specified in item 2.3 of the technical requirements and specifications, with possible deviations in positive or negative direction. the estimated amount of electricity of 70 mwh does not oblige the contracting authority to consume it. the contracting authority reserves the right to change the quantity consumed depending on the need, and the contractor undertakes to supply the required amount of electricity per day, per month and for the entire period of delivery2. preparation of all necessary documents for registration of the sites of the contracting authority on the free electricity market and carrying out the full procedure for their registration. 3. inclusion of the assignor as an indirect member of the balancing group of the contractor according to the rules for trade in electricity (ptee), without the assignor paying a registration and participation fee.4. energy monitoring, forecasting the electricity consumption of the contracting authority and drawing up hourly consumption schedules. notification (registration) of the hourly schedules in the ems mms as well as performance of all necessary activities related to the participation of the contracting authority in the free electricity market, according to ptee, ze and piquee.
