The Contracting Authority Is Responsible For Building Technical Regulations (tek17), Regulations On Lifts And Regulations On Building Materials. Based On This, The Contracting Authority Needs Consultancy Services To Carry Out And Quality Assure The Collection And Assembly Of Data, As Well As Carry Out Major Assessments Of The Type Socio-economic Analyses And The Like. A Framework Agreement Shall Be Signed With Two Or Three Tenderers For Each Area (see The Detailed Description Of The Two Areas In The Requirement Specifications).
