The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed and commissioned works of Pipe Line laying/Installation of Tubwell with specific cost criteria. The bidder should have: - Three completed and commissioned works of Pipe Line laying/Installation of Tubwell of each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Or, two completed and commissioned works of Pipe Line laying/Installation of Tubwell of each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Or, one completed and commissioned work of Pipe Line laying/Installation of Tubwell of each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover during the last three consecutive financial years of at least 30% of the project cost put to tender, and the available bid capacity of the bidder at the time of bidding should be more than the total estimated cost of the work for which the tender is invited. The bidder should also furnish a solvency Certificate of minimum 40% of the tender value.
