The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works during the last five years, specifically in construction of roads in urban areas, including carriageway, footpaths, streetlights, and underground utilities. The bidder must have completed at least one work with a value of not less than 80% of the estimated project cost, or at least two works with a value of not less than 50% of the estimated project cost, or at least three works with a value of not less than 40% of the estimated project cost. For White Topping Road Work, the contractor or approved sub-contractor must have successfully completed a work with a minimum quantity of 3000 Cum in a single project, with a minimum M40 grade of concrete. For Power line work, the contractor should have similar experience of shifting of power lines from overhead to underground with a minimum capacity of 11KV. The bidder should have similar experience in shifting of power lines from overhead to underground with a minimum capacity of 11KV. The bidder must obtain 80 marks out of 100 for the qualification, with a mandatory 15 marks for underground utilities works pertaining to the power line. The value of work executed shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have executed similar works for Central/State Government departments, Central/State Autonomous Bodies, or Central/State Public Sector, with a completion certificate signed by the Engineer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent. For substantially completed works, the bidder should have completed at least 90% of the original contract price. The bidder should have executed similar water supply/sanitary engineering works, underground distribution power line, and street light works, with specific lengths mentioned in Section 2. The required values and percentages of similar works completed are: - 80% of estimated project cost for one work - 50% of estimated project cost for two works - 40% of estimated project cost for three works - 3000 Cum for White Topping Road Work - 11KV for Power line work - 90% (value wise) or more of the original contract price for substantially completed works - 7% per annum for updating the cost of similar work - 80 marks out of 100 for qualification - 15 marks for underground utilities works.
