The bidder is required to have prior work experience of at least 25% of the total bid value in horticulture work, apart from civil work. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years. To qualify, the bidder should have completed at least one work of 80% or two works of 60% or three works of 40% of the estimated cost of the works. The estimated cost of the project is 40,25,900.00. The specific requirements for similar works are: - At least Three similar works of value 40% of the estimated cost of the project - OR at least Two similar works of value 60% of the estimated cost of the project - OR at least One similar work of value 80% of the estimated cost of the project. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of at least the amount equal to the estimated cost of works for which the bid has been invited in any one year in the last five years. The turnover will be indexed at the rate of 8 per cent per year. The bidder must have at least 25% Horticulture work of the total Bid value apart from civil work, as mentioned in the Experience Certificate issued by government and semi-government institutions of Uttar Pradesh/autonomous institutions (Municipal bodies) of Uttar Pradesh within the last three years. The experience certificate should clearly mention the actual work done, amount, date of start, actual date of completion, and amount of contract bond. The bidder needs to provide details of their past work experience, including the project name, description of work, value of contract, and actual date of completion. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 40% of estimated cost of the project (for three similar works) - 60% of estimated cost of the project (for two similar works) - 80% of estimated cost of the project (for one similar work) - 25% Horticulture work of the total Bid value.
