The bidder is required to have prior work experience in executing contracts of comparable nature, specifically in electrical Transmission or sub-transmission & distribution sector. The experience should be for at least two or all three contracts executed during the last 7 years up to 31.03.2021. The required prior work experience includes: - Experience in similar work under a single contract, costing not less than INR 2.61 Crore, with the works under the contract being completed. - Alternatively, experience in similar works under two contracts, each costing not less than INR 1.5 Crore, with the works under the contracts being completed. - Alternatively, experience in similar works under three contracts, each costing not less than INR 1.12 Crore, with the works under the contracts being completed. For Joint Venture (JV) bidders, collectively the partners should meet the criteria mentioned above. However, each JV partner should have completed at least one contract costing not less than INR 1.12 Crore. The bidder needs to provide details of the completed work of project execution, including the cost of the project and the percentage of cost with respect to the estimated cost of this bid. However, no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The bidder should fill out a format with the required information for each experience/Contract, including: - Name of completed work of project execution - Cost of the project - % of cost w.r.t. estimated cost of this bid (in %) Illustrations of possible scenarios for JV partners are provided, including: - One partner fully meeting the qualification requirements, with the other partner having a contract of minimum 30% of the cost. - Both partners together meeting the qualification requirements, with each having a contract of minimum 40% of the cost.
