The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, with experience certificates issued by an officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer for government departments or by a Senior Official of at least the rank of General Manager or equivalent for private organizations. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one work of similar nature and magnitude, with a value of at least 25% of the value put to tender, in a single contract in the last five years. The bidder's average annual turnover for the last five financial years should be at least 25% of the value put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one work in civil construction of water/wastewater related to Rs.4.00 crores in a single contract in the last five years, which is 50% of the value put to tender. The bidder should also have minimum aggregate experience of pipe laying work in water supply or sewerage system during the last 5 years, with a minimum of 300m. The sub-contractors shall have experience of successfully completing and commissioning of at least two works of similar nature and magnitude to the work to be sublet during the last 5 years. The value of sub-contracted work under any such sub-contract shall not exceed 15% of the contract value and total sub-contracted work shall not exceed 60% of the contract value. The bidder should have experience in works of similar nature and magnitude within a period of 5 years, supported by performance certificates containing details such as the name of the scheme, contract number, description of the work, value of the contract, and date of completion. The bidder is also required to have experience in works of similar nature and magnitude during each of the previous five financial years. The bidder should fill in Annexure I, II, and III, which provide details such as the total monetary value of civil engineering works, annual construction turnover data, and experience in works of similar nature and magnitude, respectively.
