Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: - The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years. - The bidder should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. 2. Past Performance: - The bidder's past performance is evaluated, with a weightage of 80%. - The Bidder or its OEM {themselves or through re-seller(s)} should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. CE 2. FCC 3. RoHS 4. BIS (Camera & NVR) 5. OEM Authorization Certificate 6. Valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR
