The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Experience of undertaking event management services with a minimum contract value of 50 lakhs with any Central and State Govt., with evaluation marks as follows: - Up-to 2 assignments: 10 marks - 3 to 4 assignments: 12 marks - 5 or more assignments: 15 marks 2. Relevant experience to handle large scale project with Central and State Govt., with evaluation marks as follows: - 1 Event - 1 crore: 5 marks - 2 Event - 1.5 crore: 7 marks - More than 2 Event - 1.5 crore: 10 marks 3. Empanelment with at least 3 state govt. DIPR’s and with CBC – ministry of I&B-delhi, carrying 5 marks. 4. Relevant experience of the following Agency Personnel in event management services: - Advisor: 5 marks, with minimum 10 years of work experience - Creative Head: 3 marks, with minimum 5 years of work experience - Production Head: 3 marks, with minimum 5 years of work experience - Technical Designer (Sound): 3 marks, with minimum 3 years of work experience - Technical Designer (Lights): 3 marks, with minimum 3 years of work experience - Choreographer: 3 marks, with minimum 3 years of work experience The bidder should have experience of providing Event Management services for any Central/State Department in India during the last 5 financial years, with at least 2 events having a minimum contract value of more than ₹2 Crore EACH. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
