Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum average turnover of 10% of the total contract value in the financial years 2022-23 and 2023-24 with some government department(s) for supply and transportation of food grains. For example, if the bidder is bidding for 1 district of group D with a value of Rs. 40 crore, they should have an average turnover of Rs. 10.30 crore (10% of Rs. 103 crore) in the financial years 2022-23 and 2023-24.
