The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Providing, Lowering and laying, Jointing & Hydraulic Testing of DI pipeline in water supply/Drainage system for a minimum diameter-100 mm length 1.063 km. 2. Providing, erecting, testing & commissioning of Sewage Submersible Pump of following BHP: Total installed capacity is 142.50 HP, Individual Capacity not less than 17.50 BHP, and providing, erecting, testing & commissioning of 100 KVA Transformer. 3. Designing (aesthetically), constructing SBR/MMBR type STP including necessary Hydraulic testing, structural testing, and trial run of Capacity 6.5 MLD. 4. Lowering, Laying, Jointing & Hydraulic Testing of DWC pipe in drainage scheme for minimum diameter-180 mm & length 30.946 km, and RCC pipes for diameter – 500 mm & Length- 1.41 km. 5. Successfully completed similar nature of one pumping station having individual capacity 338600 liters. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last five years, with the following conditions: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. The cost of similar work should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of Bid opening. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in designing, constructing, and commissioning various systems, including Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), collection systems, sewage pumping stations, and automation/SCADA systems. For STP, the bidder should have experience in designing and constructing SBR/MMBR type STP with a capacity of 6.5 MLD, including hydraulic testing, structural testing, and trial runs. For collection systems, the bidder should have experience in laying, jointing, and hydraulic testing of DWC pipes with a minimum diameter of 180 mm and a length of 30.946 km, as well as RCC pipes with a diameter of 500 mm and a length of 1.41 km. For sewage pumping stations, the bidder should have experience in successfully completing a similar nature of work for at least one pumping station with an individual capacity of 338600 liters. For automation/SCADA, the bidder should have experience as a contractor, manufacturer, authorized dealer, or system integrator for all types of sensors required for automation or SCADA. The bidder should also have experience in successfully installing and commissioning automation in at least one water supply scheme with automation at headworks, pumping machinery operations, WTP, water quality monitoring, and ESR operations. The bidder should have completed at least 50% of the required annual maintenance period for similar works. If the bidder is not a manufacturer or dealer of sensors/PLC, they should have a joint venture with a manufacturer/dealer. The value and percentage of similar works completed are also evaluated based on the audited turnover executed in the last five years, and the existing commitment of ongoing work to be completed during the next N years, where N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work for which the present bid is invited. The bid capacity is calculated as 1.5 N A – B, where A is the maximum value of audited turnover executed in any one year during the last five years, and B is the value of existing commitment of ongoing work to be completed during the next N years. The bidder should submit an experience certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent, and the certificate should mention the value and percentage of similar works completed. The bidder should have a net worth of 8% of the tender cost for continuous 3 years, certified by chartered accountants, for tenders costing more than 25 crores.
