The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor of at least one similar type of work whose work-wise value should not be less than 30% of the tender amount. This similar work should have been completed during the last five years. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on their maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The assessed available bid capacity should be more than the total bid value. The bidder should also provide certificates for completed works, with specific percentages of item coverage: - 80% item completed in one work certificate should be attached - 50% of item cover in two work should be attached - 40% of item cover in the three work should be attached The value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 9 months will be considered. Additionally, details of other works tendered for and in hand as on the date of submission of this Tender are required, along with a certificate from the Head of the offices under whom the works are in progress. A statement showing the work executed in the Interior, Backward, and Hilly areas during the preceding five years is also required. The contractor should enclose a list of works carried out in the backward and hilly areas during the last 5 years. The tendering contractor should furnish a detailed statement of work in hand, showing the costs of works in hand, the works completed against each with a certificate from the head of the office concerned.
