The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Team Lead: 8 years or more, with 2 marks for 8 years and 1 mark for each additional year, up to a maximum of 3 marks. - Project Management Expert: 5 years or more, with 1 mark for 5 years and 1 mark for each additional year, up to a maximum of 2 marks. - IT Expert: 5 years or more, with 1 mark for 5 years and 1 mark for each additional year, up to a maximum of 2 marks. - Minimum 3 years' experience in large scale State/Central Government/PSUs on investment promotion/industrial development projects. The bidder should also have a minimum annual turnover of INR 100 crores from Indian operations in business consulting services in each of the previous three financial years, and a minimum annual/average turnover of INR 50 crores from Government/Public Sector consulting services in India in each of the last 3 financial years. As for the value and percentage of similar works completed, the evaluation will consider projects with a value of not less than 75 lacs each for certain projects, and not less than 50 lacs for others. Each project will be awarded 2.5 marks. However, specific percentages of similar works completed are not mentioned.
