The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully executed or completed similar services over the last three years, with specific requirements as follows: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of executing similar services in one single work order value of amount Rs. 80 Lac or above, or two work orders value of Rs. 1.5 crore or above in the last two financial years. The bidder must also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing similar type of services. The estimated bid value is 454 Lakh, which can be used to calculate the specific cost requirements for the similar completed services: - 40% of 454 Lakh = 181.6 Lakh, - 50% of 454 Lakh = 227 Lakh, - 80% of 454 Lakh = 363.2 Lakh. Thus, the bidder needs to have completed similar services with costs of at least these amounts to meet the requirements.
