Organizational structure of AA Current situation - infrastructure: The Municipality of Evrota is a very large Municipality (650,300 acres), with increased needs in the field of cleaning, which relate to many different sectors, such as garbage collection, street cleaning, cleaning of common areas, etc .. The permanent its population exceeds 17,000 inhabitants. The number of bins that are scattered in the settlements of the Municipality, amounts to about 1,800, some of which are located in central locations. As a result, there is a large volume of waste bins in these areas, which create a serious unsightly problem, as well as problems with unpleasant odors, due to regular overflow with waste. This fact creates a very important problem in the daily life of the citizens, as well as complicates the development of economic activity in key commercial areas of the Municipality. Purpose and objectives of the contract Description of the needs of AA: The present procurement entitled "Supply of graduated compression systems, for the upgrade of common areas of the Municipality of Evrotas", budget 312 480,00 EUR. With the present study, the supply of four (4) graduated waste compression systems is planned. The Municipality, looking for technical solutions, in order to cover the hygienic storage needs of the generated household waste and recyclable materials in places that require aesthetic upgrade of their environment, concluded the implementation of a vertical graded compression system and submersible waste storage systems. These systems will serve the storage needs in some parts of the Municipality, where there are clusters with a large number of bins, which present a large volume and extensive occupation of the road. Also, the existing bins create a serious unsightly problem, due to the fact that they regularly overflow with waste and create problems of unpleasant odors, which has a negative impact on commercial activity in the central points. The points that are planned to be placed are the following: 1) in Skala, on the main road (Georgiou Grypioti), on the islet, opposite the hotel "Oasis" - intervention area 1; 2) in Skala, on the perimeter road (Vassilios Theodosakou), on a building block with the characterization of a common area (OT.65 - KX) - intervention area 2; 3) in Vlachiotis, opposite the entrance of the courtyard of the indoor gym Vlachiotis, on a building block with the characterization of a common area (OT.159 - KX) - intervention area 3; 4) in Vlachiotis on the National Road, before the intersection with the municipal road to the Epidaurus Theater, at the width of the road (sidewalk), with indicative coordinates EGSA 385167, 4080011 - intervention area 4.
