The Digos Water District, Through The Corporate Budget For The Year 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million, Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 4,400,000.00) For Lot A, And Three Million, Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 3,600,000.00) For Lot B Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Of The Following: Purchase Request No. 2024-06-0019 To 2024-06-0020 Lot Particulars Amount Of Abc Amount Of Bid Docs A Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Electro-mechanical Equipment For The New Pumping Station At Bria Homes, Brgy. Matti, Digos City Php 4,400,000.00 4,500.00 B Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Electro-mechanical Equipment For The New Pumping Station Brgy. Dulangan, Digos City Php 3,600,000.00 3,500.00 Total Amount Of Abc And Bid Docs Php 8,000,000.00 8,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Digos Water District Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of The Goods Is Required By 60 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Purchase Order For Lots A And B. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Digos Water District And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Mondays To Fridays, 8:00 A.m To 5:00 P.m. 5.
