Scope Of Work 01.1. Mobilization And Demobilization; 01.2. Check Installed Hotel Lock System Software; 01.3. Cleaning Of Mortise Locks / Lockcases; 01.4. Cleaning Of Battery Cassette Terminals; 01.5. Re-alignment Of Lockset Handles; 01.6. Back-up Of Software Database; 01.7. Re-programming Of Lockset To Update Time Locks; 01.8. Check All Existing Locksets’ Relevant Parts For Possible Defects; 01.9. Supply And Installation Of New Batteries For 92 Units Of Locks (360-pcs); 01.10. Audit Of The Mechanical Keys And Mechanical Cylinders; 01.11. Checking Of Alignment / Mounting Of Locksets And Strike Plate Position; 01.12. Re-orientation And Re-training Of Authorized Maintenance Personnels For In In-house Troubleshooting Support; And 01.13. Submission Of Post-installation Documents 01.13.1. Technical Reports; And 01.13.2. Service Reports That Would Include Status And Condition Of All Locksets Inspected. 02. Other Requirements: 03.1. Interested Contractors Must Do A Site Visit At Dapcc Before Submitting A Proposal/quotation; 03.2. The Contractor Must Clearly Itemize The Cost Components Of The Quotation, To Include Data As Follows: 03.2.1. All Materials/equipment/parts/items To Be Used Shall Be Compatible With The Existing Electronic Locksets – Elid Xdr 5000 Stand Alone Hotel Lockset – Model: Bali L5218-m1. Note: No Change In Specs Of The Materials Will Be Entertained Unless The Change Is Approved In Writing. 03.2.2. For Labor / Technical Supervision: Specify Labor Type And Amount; 03.2.3. Dapcc Engineering Office Issued The Certificate Of Final Acceptance 03.3. All Work-details, Plans, Lay-outs, And Schedule Should Be Submitted In The Form Of Permit To Work Issued By Dapcc Engineering Office And Endorsed By The Resident Electrical Engineer And Approved By The Dapcc Department Manager; 03.4. Project Duration / Committed Completion Date Should Not Be Later Than Ten (10) Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of Notice To Proceed And Must Be Clearly Stated In The Final Quotation; 03.5. Provide Time And Date Stamps Photos Before, During And After The Execution Of The Project In Jpeg Format; 03.6. Certification From The Contractor Specifying Warranty Of At Least One (1) Month For The Workmanship And Parts From The Date Issued Of The Certificate Of Final Acceptance.
