This Procurement Is For The Quantity Of Fifty-five Power Supply Units Part Number Sr-126a, Specifically Designed For The Aircraft Launcher Interface Computer (alic). Hdl Is The Original Equipment Manufacturer (oem) Of The Sr-126a Alic Power Supply And Was Certified And Qualified By The Usaf As The Approved Source Supply For Sr-126a Power Supply. Hdl Is The Only Source With The Requisite Knowledge, Experience, And Technical Expertise To Continue Building The Sr-126a Alic Power Supply And The Only Source With The Technical Data Package, Facilities And Capabilities Required To Manufacture The Item For The Avionics Program. this Pre-solicitation Notice Is Not A Request For Competitive Proposals; However, Any Firm Believing It Can Fulfill The Requirement Identified Above May Submit A Written Response To Be Received At The Contracting Office No Later Than 15 Days After The Date Of Publication Of This Notice, Which Shall Be Considered By The Agency.
