Contractor Shall Provide And Maintain All Licenses, Certifications, And Permits Required By Federal And State Laws/regulations To Accomplish Services. The Contractor Shall Provide A Certified Arborist And All Personnel Applying Pesticides/herbicides Shall Be Certified By The State Of Maryland.
