This Is Being Solicited On A Sole Source Basis Because If The Government Was To Purchase An Alternate Event Management Software, The Ability To Link With The Vulcan Ecosystem Would Be Unavailable And Could Cause Delay In Collaboration Efforts. In Addition, If The Government Was To Reverse Engineer The Software To Fit The Requirements Of The Vulcan Ecosystem, The Time Involved In Software Development Would Cost The Government In Excess Of Several Months, In Addition, To Increasing Costs To Over $700,000.00.
