Potential Sources Must Have The Ability To Or Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Following: perform Engineering And Analytical Support Using The “connected Crane Condition Technology And Asset Integrity Analysis System, (ccm Pro).” provide Continued Ccm System Operation And Maintenance For Each Facility Crane With A Ccm System. provide A Complete Risk Assessment (design And Operational Condition) Facility Cranes Fitted With Ccm Systems. maintain A Risk Register Database, Evaluate Issues Arising From Risk Assessments And Propose Mitigation Activity, Integrate Data From Ccm Systems With Risk Assessment Activity To Prepare Optimal Inspection And Maintenance Regime For Each Facility Crane With A Ccm System. expand The Ccm System On Five (5) To Seven (7) Select Cranes As They Become Operational And Provide Similar Follow-on Monitoring Services. provide Support To In The Form Of Analyses, Reports, And Investigations Related To All 160 Facility Cranes. assist With Crane Specification Writing, Design, Design Reviews And Attend Shop Tests Of New And Refurbished Equipment At All Ssp Facilities Including, conduct Crane Rail Surveys, Corrosion Control And Other Engineering Studies As Required. design And Supply Weight Handling Rigging Components As Needed And Assist With Evaluations Of Facility Structures Supporting Cranes. assist In Long Range Planning For Crane Refurbishment, Replacement, Standardization And Lessons Learned Across The Enterprise. the Contract Type Will Be A Firm, Fixed Price (level Of Effort And Completion).
