The Contractors Facility Must Possess The Capability Of Accommodating One (1) Harbor Tug, Medium (yt-808 Rainier) With The Dimensions As Stated Above. To Facilitate Proper Government Oversight, The Facility Shall Be Located In The Puget Sound, Wa Region.
