The Software Development And Testing Is To Verify The An/apx-123/123a V7.3x Remains Compatible With Tcas Equipment And Remains Compliant With Aims 03-1000b Amendment 1. this Effort Is Being Pursued On A Sole Source Basis Under The Statutory Authority Of 10 U.s.c. 3204(a)(1), As Implemented By Federal Acquisition Regulation (far) 6.302-1, "only One Responsible Source And No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements".
