The United States Army Europe Has A Requirement To Provide Domestic Appliance Repair Services, And The Management Of Repair Parts And Common Standard Item Parts.   the Purpose Of This Acquisition Is To Provide Domestic Appliance Repair Services For The Army In Europe Army Family Housing And Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (afh/uph).  These Services Consist Of On-call Repairs And Management Of Repair Parts And Common Standard Item Parts Used In The Support Thereof. This Requirement Is Designed To Ensure That The Domestic Appliances Are Repaired In Accordance With Established Commercial Practices, Performance Standards As Specified Herein And Within Established Timeframes. the Contractor Shall Perform All Work And Assume Responsibility For Planning, Programming, Administering, Managing, And Executing All Functions Necessary To Provide The Services Specified In This Pws.
