Army, Medcom, Regional Health Contracting Office-pacific Joint Base Lewis-mcchord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, Wa, Intends To Issue A Sole Source Firm-fixed Price Bpa Call Under Solicitation W81k0221q0090 To Foundation Health Llc In The Amount Of $250,000.00 For Specimen Laboratory Testing Services At Bassett Army Community Hospital, Ft Wainwright Ak.  Foundation Health Llc Dba Fairbanks Memorial Hospital Is The Only Local Civilian Medical Facility Within The Limited Area Region Of The Military Treatment Facility That Can Provide For 24 Hour Stat To Routine Laboratory Specimen Testing, With Results Provided Within 1 To 24 Hours Post Testing.  This Service Will Be Used During Government Equipment Failures, Or Extended Preventive Maintenance Periods Of Laboratory Systems. this Notice Is Not A Request For Proposal And A Solicitation Will Not Be Issued.   Any Vendor That Believes It Can Provide The Stated Supplies/equipment Can Provide Supporting Documents Demonstrating Their Products Capability And Specifications.  Responses Received Will Be Used For Future Acquisitions.  Information Can Be Sent To The Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J.
