Successful Graduation Of Professional Military Education (pme) Classes Are Dependent Upon The Solider-student Passing The Acft, Prior To Graduation Of The Class. Soldier-student Grade Point Average (gpa) Is Influenced By The Outcome Of The Acft. This Project Will Construct A Large Synthetic Turf 54,600 Sf Indoor/outdoor Field To Support The Placement An Inflatable Dome System Which Will Cover The Turf Field. Project Will Also Provide A Grade Beam Surrounding The Field To Anchor The Dome, And A Concrete Maintenance Apron To Allow For Snow/ice Removal And Positive Drainage Of Melt Water Away From The Dome.
