The Contractor Shall Perform To The Standards In This Contract. note: This Project Will Be Performed In Its Entirety In The Country Of Japan. The Offeror Must Be Licensed And Registered To Perform The Services In The Country Of Japan. this Notice Is For Informational Purposes Only. Any Response To This Notice Is Not Considered A Commitment By The Government.
