The Space Development Agency (sda) Intends To Award A Sole Source, Indefinite Delivery/indefinite Quantity (idiq) Contract To Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (jhu Apl) For Systems And Mission Engineering, Research And Development (r&d), And Test And Evaluation (t&e) Capabilities In Support Of Sda And The Implementation Of Sda's Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (pwsa). The Idiq Ordering Period Will Be 12 Months With Four, 12 Month Options.
