Description Invitation To Bid Establishment Of End-of-trip Cycling Facility In Region Iv-a Project Id No. Cbac-road-infr-2024-01 1. The Department Of Transportation (dotr), Through The General Appropriations Act For Fy 2023 – Locally Funded Projects, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (php12,700,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Establishment Of End-of-trip Cycling Facility In Region Iv-a. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dotr Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
