The Department Of Trade And Industry – Cordillera Administrative Region (dti-car), Through The 2025 General Appropriations Act (gaa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Peso Only (php1,000,000.00) The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Shared Service Facilities For Coffee Processing Phase 2 With Solicitation Number 2025-itb-1-2. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Department Of Trade And Industry – Cordillera Administrative Region (dti-car) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Peso Only (php1,000,000.00) For Lot 1: Coffee Roaster Stated In The Technical Specification (section Vii) Of This Bid Document. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dti-car Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 90 Calendar Days For Imported Goods Or 60 Calendar Days For Locally Available Goods From The Issuance Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
