Following The Gains Of Travel Breathe Dive (tbd), Dot Central Luzon Intends To Capitalize On Scuba Diving, Primarily To Revive Subic's Reputation And Fame As One Of The Top Diving Destinations, Renowned For Its Historical Significance And Heritage From World War Ii. The Region Will Emulate The ‘one-stop-shop’ Model Of Dot Vii In Collaboration With Marina, Pcg, Denr, Pcssd, And Other Stakeholders. This Initiative Aims To Increase The Number Of Accredited Dive-related Establishments In Subic, Ensuring They Meet The Quality And Safety Standards Set And Mandated By The Government. Provide Convenience To Dive Stakeholders In Securing Their Accreditation And Other Necessary Permits Required By Law, Thereby Fostering A Sustainable And Well-regulated Diving Industry In The Region. To Address Current Issues And Challenges Faced By The Diving Community In Subic To Improve Overall Dive Tourism Experience. Moreover, Capacity Building Through Scuba Dive Certification Of The Dot3 Dive Team Is Vital And Relevant In Understanding Diving As A Tourism Product Offering. This Includes The Development Of Emerging Dive Destinations In The Region, Expanding The Network Within The Dive Industry, And Implementing Efficient Marketing Campaigns In Local And International Dive-related Events And Expositions.
