Description 1. The Department Of Tourism (dot), Through The General Appropriation Act 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Two Hundred Seventy-eight Thousand Ten Pesos (php2,278,010.00) Inclusive Of Applicable Taxes, Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement For The On-site Cy 2024 Annual Physical Examination For Dot Officials And Employees In The Central Office (permanent/job Order Personnel) (dot-bac Ib No. 2024-020). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dot Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For An Approximate Period Of Three (3) Months. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
