Follow The Construction Schedule As Indicated In The Philippine Travel Mart's Guidelines Dismantle The Constructed Structure At The Schedule Indicated In The Ptm Guidelines To Include Hauling And Transportation Expenses Of Exhibit Materials To Warehouse/bodega Shall Facilitate The Warehousing Of The Exhibit Materials Free Of Charge After The Event And Will Assist Dot Xii In Transporting Via Sea Cargo The Exhibit Materials To Koronadal City In Which Shipping Fees Will Be Shouldered By Dot Xii. Facilitate Permits And Attend Meetings Regarding The Philippine Travel Mart 2022 Facilitate Ingress And Egress Proceedings, As Well As Forms And Permits Needed To Conduct Smooth Installation Of The Pavilion Provision Of Personnel Who Could Handle And Troubleshoot Problems In The Constructed Structures.
