Must Be Willing To Provide Services On A Send-bill Arrangement; 3. Must Be Dot-accredited Tour Operator; 4. Preferably Based In Visayas Region; 5. Must Be Accredited With The Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (philgeps); Vi.
