Project Procurement Of A Service Provider For The Booth Rental, Design, Set-up And Dismantling Of The Calabarzon Booth For The North Phil Expo 2023 On December 16 – 18, 2023 In Sm City Clark, Angeles City (inclusive On Ingress On December 15, 2023 And Egress On December 19, 2023) Ii. Background North Phil Expo 2023 Serves As A Platform To More Than A Hundred Travel-related Companies And Traders, Showcasing Their New And Emerging Destinations, Attractions And Travel-related Products And Services. This Three-day Activity Will Continue And Feature A Variety Of Engaging Activities And Services That Aim To Create A Worthwhile Experience For Both Exhibitors And Visitors. This Year’s Concept, Tourism & Green Investments Follows The Unwto’s 2023 Theme Which Puts Emphasis On The Need For More And Better-targeted Investments For People, The Destinations And Even The Products. North Phil Expo 2023 Is Co-organized By The Association Of Tourism Officers Of Central Luzon (atocel) And The Philippine Exhibitions And Trade Corporation (petco) With The Support From Dot Regional Offices Namely, Ilocos And Pangasinan, Cagayan Valley Region, Central Luzon, And Cordilleras. Upon The Invitation Of The Organizers, The Department Of Tourism Region Iv-a Will Be Participating In The Said Event To Showcase The Various Tourism Products Of The Region And Connect With The North Philippines Travel Market. The Regional Office Will Be Requiring The Services Of A Company Engaged In The Business Of Booth Rental, Designing And Setting Up Booths For Travel And Consumer Fairs. The Set-up Of The Aforementioned Booth Aims To Attain The Following Objectives: • Generate Positive “name Recall” Of Calabarzon And Promote The Region’s Tourism Products; • Attract And Encourage Consumer, Press, And Travel Guests To Visit The Calabarzon Booth; • Provide A Highly Functional Yet Visually Appealing Area For Provision Of Calabarzon Tourism Information, Product Updates, Audio Visual Presentations, Tabletop Business Meetings, And Other Interactive Activities. Iii. Procurement Requirements 1. Willing To Provide Services On A Send-bill Arrangement. 2. Must Have The Experience In Rendering Services In Travel And Consumer Fairs. 3. Must Have A Minimum Of Three (3) Years Of Experience In The Business Of Designing And Set Up Of Booths For Large-scale Travel And Consumer Fairs. 4. Must Have A Dedicated Team Who Will Focus On Design, Set Up And Installation Of The Calabarzon Booth. Iv. Scope Of Works/ Deliverables Particulars Cost A. Rental For A 12 Sqm Booth From The Event Organizers. Php 60,000.00 B. Booth Design That Strictly Follows The Rules And Regulations Set By The Event Organizers Including Dimensional Drawings Showing The Front, Side And Back Perspectives, Elevations, Floor Layouts Of The Stand And Details Of Materials Being Used To Set-up The Stand. Booth Details: 1. Size: 12 Square Meters, 3 Sides Open 2. Layout A. 8 Counter Tables With 2 Chairs Each B. 1 Information Counter For Dot Region Iv-a With 2 Chairs C. Storage Area 3. General Stand Design Theme: Love Calabarzon 4. Stand Requirements: A. Stand Set-up Inclusive Of Appropriate Lighting, Power Outlets, Storage And Lockers. B. Appropriate Backdrop Visuals/overhead Ceiling Banners/interior Décor As Appropriate, Fresh Plants And Flowers, Sufficient Lighting. C. Carpeted Flooring. D. Brochure Racks. E. Television (wall Mounted). F. All Exhibition Venue Connections And Fees. G. Sufficient Power Outlets And Lighting. H. Other Accessories Needed To Achieve The Desired Theme. I. Daily Stand Cleaning. J. Stand And Set-up And Dismantling Supervision And Stand Maintenance For The Duration Of The Fair. C. Set-up And Installation Of The Aforementioned Booth While Strictly Following The Rules And Regulations Set By The Fair/event Organizers. D. Coordination With The Organizers. E.
