Project Procurement Of A Service Provider For The Booth Rental, Design, Set-up And Dismantling Of The Calabarzon Booth In Mindanao Tourism Expo On January 27 – 29, 2023 Sm Lanang Premier, Davao City. (inclusive Of Ingress Date On January 26, 2023) Ii. Background The Department Of Tourism Mindanao Regional Are Organizing The Mindanao Tourism Expo On January 27 – 29, 2023 Sm Lanang Premier, Davao City. It Will Carry The Theme, “sustaining The Colors Of Mindanao” With The Hope To Promote Mindanao As A Safe And Fun Destination By Highlighting One Region Each Time, Engaging Stakeholders, Guaranteeing Simultaneous And Secure Reopening Along The Value Chain; And Capitalizing On Tourism Opportunities Presented By The Brunei Darussalam–indonesia–malaysia–philippines East Asean Growth Area. The Event Will Highlight The Synergy Between The Government And Private Sectors In The Tourism Industry. This Event Will Be Organized With The Purview Of Having Our Tourism Stakeholders, Particularly Our Local Travel Agencies And Tour Operators, As The Primary Beneficiaries To Achieve The Inclusive Recovery Of Various Sectors In The Industry. This Event Is Comprised Of Business-to-consumer (b2c) Highlighting Discounted Packages, Air Tickets, Accommodation, And Other Tourism-related Products And Business-to-business (b2b) Sessions With International And Local Buyers Which Shall Provide A Platform For Tourism Stakeholders To Experience Innovative Ways Of Developing Business Connections And Update Local Industry Partners With The Latest Tourism Offerings. Upon The Invitation Of The Organizers, The Department Of Tourism Region Iv-a Will Be Participating In The Said Event To Showcase The Various Tourism Products Of The Region And Connect With The Mindanao Travel Market. The Regional Office Will Be Requiring The Services Of A Company Engaged In The Business Of Booth Rental, Designing And Setting Up Booths For Travel And Consumer Fairs. The Set-up Of The Aforementioned Booth Aims To Attain The Following Objectives: A. Generate Positive “name Recall” Of Calabarzon And Promote The Region’s Tourism Products; B. Create An Atmosphere That Highlights The Region’s “discover Calabarzon” Brand; C. Attract And Encourage Consumer, Press, And Travel Guests To Visit The Calabarzon Booth; D. Provide A Highly Functional Yet Visually Appealing Area For Provision Of Calabarzon Tourism Information, Product Updates, Audio Visual Presentations, Tabletop Business Meetings, And Other Interactive Activities. Iii. Procurement Requirements 1. Willing To Provide Services On A Send-bill Arrangement. 2. Must Have The Experience In Rendering Services In Travel And Consumer Fairs. 3. Must Have A Minimum Of Three (3) Years Of Experience In The Business Of Designing And Set Up Of Booths For Large-scale Travel And Consumer Fairs. 4. Must Have A Dedicated Team Who Will Focus On Design, Set Up And Installation Of The Calabarzon Booth. 5. Must Submit A Booth Design According To Set Objectives. Iv. Scope Of Works/ Deliverables The Department Of Tourism Region Iv-a Requires A Package Of Services For The Following: A. Rental For A 24 Sqm Booth From The Event Organizers. B. Booth Design That Strictly Follows The Rules And Regulations Set By The Event Organizers Including Dimensional Drawings Showing The Front, Side And Back Perspectives, Elevations, Floor Layouts Of The Stand And Details Of Materials Being Used To Set-up The Stand. Booth Details: 1. Size: 24 Square Meters, 4 Sides Open 2. Layout A. 3 Counter Tables, 2 Standard Counters And 1 L-type Counter, 2 Chairs Each 3. General Stand Design Theme: Discover Calabarzon 4. Stand Requirements: A. Stand Set-up Inclusive Of Appropriate Lighting, Power Outlets, Storage And Lockers. B. Appropriate Backdrop Visuals/overhead Ceiling Banners/interior Décor As Appropriate, Live Plants And Flowers, Sufficient Lighting. C. Led Wall For Three Days. D. Carpeted Flooring. E. Coffee Percolator And Water Dispenser With Potable Water Supply For Three Days.. F. All Exhibition Venue Connections And Fees. G. Sufficient Power Outlets And Lighting. H. Other Accessories Needed To Achieve The Desired Theme. I. Daily Stand Cleaning. J. Stand And Set-up And Dismantling Supervision And Stand Maintenance For The Duration Of The Fair. B. Set-up And Installation Of The Aforementioned Booth While Strictly Following The Rules And Regulations Set By The Fair/event Organizers. C. Coordination With The Organizers. D. Storage/disposal Of The Aforementioned Booths/parts And Egress On The Dates Designated By The Event Organizers. V. Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) The Abc Is Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 600,000.00) Inclusive Of Applicable Taxes And Fees. Vi. Legal Documents 1. Copy Of Mayor’s/business Permit 2. Philgeps Registration 3. Income/business Tax Return 4. Omnibus Sworn Statement (with Special Power Of Attorney For Authorized Representative/signatory If Necessary) Vii.
