Description Project: Tourism Champions Challenge: Lgu Bolinao’s Legacy Of The Sea Ground Breaking And Moa Signing Ceremony Requirement: Procurement Of Events Management Contractor Background And Objective: As The Department Initiates The Implementation Of The Tourism Champions Challenge (tcc): Empowering Communities To Champion Philippine Tourism, The Department Of Tourism Office Of Special Concerns And The Dot-regional Office 1 Will Be Conducting The First Tcc Groundbreaking And Moa Signing Ceremonies For The Bolinao Lgu’s Legacy Of The Sea Project: A Silaki Island Community Based Tourism Project On 25 November 2024. The Bolinao Lgu Project Was Awarded 3rd Place In The Tcc Luzon Island Category During The Awarding Ceremony On 15 April 2024 In Picc, Pasay City. Pursuant To The Instruction Of President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr., Bolinao’s Legacy Of The Sea Project Was Awarded A Total Project Fund Of Php15 Million. Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco Together With Other Dot And Tieza Officials Will Be Attending This 1st Tcc Groundbreaking Event. As Such The Dot- Osc Requested The Assistance Of The Dot Region 1 And Lgu Bolinao In Staging The Said Activity Including The Coordination And Provision Of Logistical Requirements For The Following Scheduled Activities: November 23 – Preparation Of The Groundbreaking Site And Program Venue November 24 – Final Checking Of The Venue/site And Dry Run Activity November 25 – Tcc Groundbreaking And Moa Signing Ceremonies To Implement The Event, The Procurement Of An Events Management Contractor Is Necessary To Provide The Necessary Logistical Needs And Events Facilitation Assistance.
