Description Project: Technical Site Inspection And Focus Group Discussions On The Formulation Of Irrs - Ilocos Sur November 12-15, 2024 Requirement: Procurement Of Ground Handling Services I. Background And Objectives In Response To The Request Of The Various Ilocos Sur Lgus And District Representatives For The Formulation Of The Implementing Rules And Regulations For Tourist Attractions With Enacted Laws, The Department Of Tourism Regional Office 1 And The Technical Working Group From The Dot - Office Of Tourism Development Will Be Conducting Series Of Focus Group Discussions With The Lgus Concerned Officials And Stakeholders, As Well As Technical Site Inspections On The Following Sites On November 12-15, 2024: Republic Acts Date Enacted Details Republic Act No. 11408 August 22, 2019 An Act Declaring Santiago Cove In The Municipality Of Santiago, Province Of Ilocos Sur A Tourist Destination, Providing For Its Development And Appropriating Funds Therefore Republic Act No. 11409 June 4, 2019 An Act Declaring Pinsal Falls In The Municipality Of Santa Maria, Province Of Ilocos Sur A Tourist Destination, Providing For Its Development And Appropriating Funds Therefore Republic Act No. 11645 January 14, 2022 An Act Establishing A Heritage Zone Within The Municipality Of San Vicente, Province Of Ilocos Sur The Completion Of The Irrs Are Necessary In The Subsequent Formulation Of Site Development Plans Of The Above-mentioned Tourism Sites. To Implement The Said Activity, The Procurement For The Services Of A Ground Handler To Provide The Logistical Requirements For Its Facilitation Including But Not Limited To Provision Of Transportation, Meals And Accommodation Among Others Is Necessary.
